- What is vegan diet?
Vegan diet is devoid of all animal products, including meat, eggs and dairy.
- What is the difference between being a vegetarian and a vegan?
Vegetarians avoid consuming animal products, but do consume dairy and/or egg products.
Vegans avoid all animal and animal-derived products.
- Isn’t coffee vegan?
Butter is commonly added to coffee beans in roasting process, making the roasted beans not vegan.
Our high quality coffee beans are roasted at varied temperature without the need to add butter.
- Isn’t non-dairy creamer vegan?
Non-dairy creamer contains milk derivative, hence it’s not vegan.
Our creamer is fully plant-based.
- What is microground coffee?
Microground coffee, as the name suggests, is coffee bean ground so finely, thereby increasing the surface exposure of coffee bean with water (extractant) to release the aroma and essence of the coffee bean.
Although coffee bean is not soluble, microground coffee can be mixed into coffee mix due to its micro size. When mixed with water, the essence of coffee is released, producing an aromatic and full body cup of coffee instantly and conveniently.
- What is the difference between instant coffee and microground coffee?
Microground coffee is finely ground coffee bean.
- What are the tiny dots that look like vanilla bean specks in the coffee?
The tiny dots that look like vanilla bean specks are natural sediments of mircoground coffee.
- How to make iced-coffee using Brew With Plant coffee mix?
For iced-coffee, no hot water is required. Just add room-temperature or cold water and ice to Brew With Plant products, and shake it. Iced-coffee is served!
Without adding hot water, the iced-coffee is refreshingly colder and tastes better.
